James L. Cosgrove, M.D., received his medical degree from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He completed his internship and residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of Pittsburgh Health Sciences Center. Dr. Cosgrove is board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation, pain medicine and electrodiagnostic medicine. He has lectured extensively and authored numerous peer-reviewed articles, regarding a variety of topics including traumatic brain injury, carpal tunnel syndrome and spine disorders.
