  • Stella Oravetz (Director of Operations)

    • Tri Rivers Consulting team member for over 20 years
    • As the director of operations I work with the entire team collectively to make Tri Rivers Consulting function optimally. As such, my main role at Tri Rivers Consulting is to collaborate with our team towards our mutual goal of exceeding our clients expectations along the continuum of services, from the initial scheduling of a service until the final product is delivered.  Together, we continually review and update our procedures as the industry evolves and the needs of our clients change.
    • I am widowed with two daughters and two dogs who keep me busy in my leisure time.  
    • My daughters motivate me! I strive to show them they are capabale of anything!
    • I have started listening to audio books, especially historical fiction.  
    • I love to explore new places, especially historical sites  
    • I am not currently binge-watching anything but I enjoy historical series

  • Bridget Maher (Lead Coordinator/Manager)

    • Tri Rivers Consulting team member for 15 years
    • I love working in the fast-paced envrionment at Tri Rivers and enjoy the challenges that come along with coordinating files for multiple physicians.  It really keeps me on my toes and makes each day fly by - there is never a dull moment!
    • My husband and my love for the outdoors motivates me! I'm an avid outdoorswoman with a passion for archery. I travel quite a bit for archery competitions and hunting trips.
    • No Ordinary Dog by Will Chesney is the most recent book I have read.
    • My bucket list trip is traveling to central and northeastern Europe and connecting with distant relatives.
    • My TV always has sports on!

  • Priscilla Spear (Credentialing and Scheduling Manager)

    • Tri Rivers Consulting team member for over 20 years
    • My daily focus is scheduling all requested services for Tri Rivers physicians.  I maintain provider availability throughout the year and update/create templates for the upcoming year. I maintain all credentialing information with our clients, including established clients and providing contracts/agreements with new clients.  I also assist with new licensure for physicians.  
    • I am married with three children and have one grandchild!
    • My family motivates me!
    • I grew up in a military family and have traveled all over throughout my life.
    • I love to binge watch crime TV…documentary true crime or a TV series like Criminal Minds.

  • Wendy Dean (Controller)

    • The newest member of the team, since September 2024
    • From managing accounting & finance responsibilities, to HR & Payroll activities to billing, cash application and collections, my days are always full, but I love a challenge!
    • I’m a proud Air Force veteran. In my spare time, I love to be outside walking or hiking with my dog or camping with my family. Crafting is my happy place!
    • For my next vacation, I would love to return to Ireland!

  • Carrie Ward (IME Coordinator )

    • Tri Rivers Consulting Team Member since May 2023 (previous Team Member for 5 years).
    • I assist with IMEs as well as with administrative tasks throughout the office. I  enjoy the flexibility and independence that working at Tri Rivers give me.
    • I have been married for 17 years and have two children who keep me always on the go!
    • I dream of traveling to Italy someday.
    • I love to binge watch Grey’s Anatomy reruns.
    • Currently I am reading the Harry Potter series with my kids.

  • Miranda Wild (IME Coordinator)

    • Tri Rivers team member since November 2024
    • I coordinate for four of our doctors which fills my time and lets me use my organizational skills to keep on track!
    • My husband, daughter and I love to spend time in nature bird watching, fishing, hiking, and boating! I also love a good book and read whenever I find time!
    • We love to travel to tropical places but hope to one day make it to Ireland and Scotland too.

  • Ashley Miller (IME Assistant)

    • Tri Rivers Team members since December 2024
    • I room our IME patients and sort medical records. I enjoy working at Tri Rivers because of our teamwork, management and flexibility. I plan to be here until I retire!
    • Been with my husband, Steve for over 12 years and we have 4 children (Logan, Sydney, Chase, Dexter) and 2 boxers (Sophie and Ellie)
    • I love to put puzzles together, reading my kindle books, and watching horror movies, especially Halloween.
    • I love to travel everywhere in the US. My husband and I are planning a trip to Yellowstone in 2026.

    • Tri Rivers Consulting team member for 6 years 
    • My primary role is partnering with our clients to ensure we exceed their expectations in delivering medical/legal services.
    • Proud Parent of 2 Nittany Lions...both my daughter and son are studying at Penn State...We ARE!
    • I would love to go on a Mediterranean Cruise!
